My newborn sessions are not about stiff, perfect poses. They are about you and your baby: the way your little one curls into your chest, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, sleepy yawns and the first moments of siblings meeting their new brother or sister.
There’s no need to look at the camera or smile on cue. Just be yourselves — hold your baby, talk, cuddle and rest — and I’ll gently guide you, capturing the real, quiet moments you’ll want to remember forever.
Fresh 48 Sessions: Capturing the Very Beginning
Want to capture the very first hours too? I also offer Fresh 48 sessions in Abu Dhabi hospitals — a beautiful way to document the first cuddle, the first meeting with siblings and those tiny fingers and toes, just hours after birth. Many families book both: Fresh 48 in hospital and a newborn session at home a week or two later.

Your home is the perfect place for newborn photos. Your baby stays warm and settled, you don’t need to travel anywhere with a brand-new baby, and the photos show the real place where your family story begins — your bed, your sofa, the nursery you’ve prepared with so much love.
As a newborn photographer in Abu Dhabi without a studio, I always come to you. I need one room with a big window, and I bring soft blankets and wraps with me. How Your Newborn Session Works
- Book during pregnancy — choose your package on my booking page and tell me your due date. I keep a flexible window open around it, because babies rarely arrive on time.
- Let me know when your baby arrives — send me a message after the birth, and we’ll pick a date in the first two weeks, at a time of day that suits your baby’s rhythm.
- Your session — about one hour at home, at a slow and gentle pace. We pause for feeds, cuddles and nappy changes whenever needed — there is no rush.
- Your gallery — within two weeks you receive a private online gallery of fully edited photos, ready to download, print and share with family near and far.
When to Book Your Newborn Session
The best time for newborn photos is within the first two weeks after birth, when babies are naturally sleepy and curl up easily in your arms. Most families book their newborn photographer in Abu Dhabi during the second or early third trimester, so the date is reserved before the baby arrives. Already had your baby? Is Newborn Photography Safe?
Your baby’s safety and comfort always come first. My sessions are lifestyle, not posed: I never put your baby in difficult or unnatural positions. Your baby is always in your arms or lying safely on a soft surface, with you right next to them. We keep the room warm, follow your baby’s cues and take breaks whenever they need to feed or settle. How to Prepare for Your Newborn Session
As your newborn photographer in Abu Dhabi, I keep preparation simple. Keep the room comfortably warm, plan a feed just before I arrive and choose simple, soft outfits in neutral colours for the whole family. When is the best time for newborn photos?
Within the first two weeks after birth, when babies are sleepy and settle easily. It’s best to book during pregnancy, so your date is reserved.
How long is a newborn session?
About one hour with the Classic package, and up to 1.5 hours with Premium and Gold. We go at your baby’s pace and pause for feeds whenever needed.
Can siblings and pets be in the photos?
Yes, of course! The first moments between big brothers or sisters and the new baby are some of my favourite photos. Pets are welcome too. As a newborn photographer in Abu Dhabi, I love capturing the whole family together.
What if my baby cries or needs feeding?
That’s completely normal and part of every newborn session. We simply pause, feed, cuddle and continue when your baby is calm — there’s never any pressure.
Do I need to prepare anything at home?
Not much at all. Keep one room comfortably warm, open the curtains for natural light and plan a feed just before I arrive. You don’t need a perfectly tidy house — I’ll help you move a few things around if needed.
Can we book a newborn session if our baby is already a few weeks old?
Yes! Lifestyle newborn sessions work beautifully in the first weeks and months. Older babies are more awake and alert, which gives us lovely moments of eye contact and tiny smiles.
Can we combine a Fresh 48 and a newborn session?
Of course. Many families book both: a Fresh 48 session in hospital to capture the very first hours, and a newborn session at home a week or two later, when everyone has settled in.
