- Get ready — everything you need is here and on my booking page: the location in the Al Khatim dunes, about 45–60 minutes from the city, the best time for soft sunset light and my guide on what to wear, so you look and feel your best against the desert colours.
- Your session — about 1–1.5 hours in the dunes at golden hour. I guide you with easy prompts and games, so you never have to wonder what to do.
- Your gallery — within two weeks you receive a private online gallery of fully edited photos, ready to download, print and share.

When Is the Best Time for a Desert Photoshoot?
The desert season runs from October to April, when evenings in the dunes are warm but comfortable. I plan every desert photoshoot in Abu Dhabi for the last hour before sunset — the sand turns golden, the shadows are soft and nobody is squinting. Sunset is earlier in winter and later in spring, so we always agree the exact start time a few days before your session. In the hot summer months, get in touch and I’ll suggest the best option for you.

How long is a desert photoshoot?
The Desert Mini Session takes 30 minutes, and the full Desert Session about 1–1.5 hours. Both are timed around sunset, so we catch the most beautiful golden light.
What should we wear for a desert photoshoot?
