I photograph relaxed, natural family sessions at home, on the beach, in the park and in the desert, all across Abu Dhabi. No stiff poses, no “say cheese” — just your family, as you really are, in photos you’ll want on your walls.

The best family photos happen when everyone forgets the camera is there. Instead of lining you up and counting to three, I give you simple prompts — a cuddle, a race to mum, a secret whispered to dad — and capture what happens next. The giggles, the hugs and the little moments in between are the ones you’ll treasure most.
Whether you have a toddler who won’t sit still, a baby who needs a feed halfway through or teenagers who’d rather be anywhere else, I adapt the session to your family’s rhythm. As a mum, I know that a meltdown is part of the story, not the end of the session.

As a family photographer in Abu Dhabi without a studio, I always come to you. Your home is where your family’s story happens — Saturday pancakes, pillow fights on the bed, bedtime books on the sofa. An at-home family photoshoot is my favourite kind of session, and it’s perfect for families with babies and little ones, because everyone is relaxed, there’s no travel and no heat.
You don’t need a perfect, tidy house. I need one room with a big window and about ten minutes to move a few things around. The rest is just you, being together.

Beach, Park & Desert: Family Photoshoot Locations in Abu Dhabi
Prefer to be outside? As a family photographer in Abu Dhabi, I know the best spots and the best light in every season. From October to April, Abu Dhabi has some of the most beautiful light for family photos. These are the locations families love most:
- Reem Island beach — calm, easy for families living on Reem, lovely soft light before sunset.
- Saadiyat Beach — white sand, gentle waves and wide, open space for little ones to run.
- Wahat Al Karama — a calm reflecting pool with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque glowing behind you at sunset.
- Umm Al Emarat Park — green lawns, trees and shade; great for toddlers and picnics.
- Jubail Mangrove Park — wooden boardwalks and natural greenery, a calm and unique backdrop.

How Your Family Session Works
- Get in touch — send me a message with your preferred dates, the ages of your children and any location ideas you have. Not sure yet? That’s completely fine — tell me a little about your family and what you’d love to remember from this stage, and we’ll take it from there.
- Plan together — once your date is booked, I help you choose the best location and time of day for your family, whether that’s your living room, Reem Island beach or the desert at golden hour. I also share simple tips on what to wear and how to prepare your little ones, so on the day you can just show up and enjoy it.
- Your session — about one hour of play, cuddles and fun at a relaxed pace. I guide you the whole time with easy prompts and games, so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands or where to look. If your toddler needs a snack, a break or a cuddle, we simply pause — there’s no rush and no pressure.
- Your gallery — within two weeks you receive a private online gallery of fully edited photos, ready to download, print and share with grandparents near and far. Each photo is carefully edited in my natural, timeless style, so your images look beautiful today and in twenty years’ time, on your phone, in an album or framed on your wall.

When Is the Best Time for a Family Photoshoot in Abu Dhabi?
The outdoor season runs from October to April, when evenings are warm but comfortable. I schedule outdoor sessions for the last hour before sunset — the light is soft, golden and flattering, and nobody is squinting. From May to September it’s simply too hot outside, so I photograph families at home or very early in the morning. At-home sessions work all year round and can be planned around nap times.
What to Wear for Your Family Photos
Choose soft, neutral colours — cream, beige, white, sage or dusty blue — and avoid big logos and neon. You don’t need to match; just pick two or three colours that go well together. How long is a family photoshoot?
About one hour. Longer packages give us up to 1.5 hours, which is great for bigger families.
How much does a family photoshoot in Abu Dhabi cost?
It depends on the length of the session and the number of photos. You’ll find all current packages and prices above and on my packages page.
What if my child is shy or has a bad day?
As a mum and a family photographer in Abu Dhabi, I see it in almost every session, and it’s completely fine. We take breaks, play and give little ones time to warm up. Some of my favourite photos come from those moments.
Can grandparents or pets join?
Yes, of course! Extended family and pets are welcome — just let me know beforehand so I can plan the time.
When will I receive my photos?
Within two weeks, in a private online gallery.
